The Proposal
Tom proposed on Black Friday. I had my head down digging through my purse for receipts and change. He said my name, I looked up and there he was on one knee with the ring box.
He said "Nichole, will you marry me?"
Smart person that I am, I said "you're doing this now?". He nodded.
I kissed him and then said yes.
